The three stooges of Kobe stan needs to include the reigning WOAT too though. To be someone who calls other fans casuals and thinks Phil coached the 1996 lakers and that oscar never won a title is some bulletin board shyt for sure though.

my brother is the biggest kobe stan I know. He will frequently argue team success as the only measure of individual greatness, ignores poor performances by kobe in big games, ignores flaws in his game, and when I try presenting my arguments, he just goes on about 5 rings, regardless of how he played in the finals(2000,2001, and 2010 especially come to mind). Michael stans seem to treat the myth and fish story of jordan being perfect as fact and just seem too credit the entire success chicago had from 1984-1998 to him, in spite of overwhelming evidence showing that he had maybe the best supporting cast ever, though the showtime lakers, and the celtics of the 1980's and with russell can make the argument. Neither stan seems to be willing to listen to logic or an opinion other than their own. Is this a product of media conditioning you think, and which set of stans would you say are worse?
