See I respect Lowndes cause at least both of yall and Valdosta are good, and the county down there has a good size population and its a semi-major city.
But Colquitt County down there and aint no way in the hell that boonie ass county supposed to be as good as they are. They gotta be bringing in players from all over south GA, north FLA and east Alabama.

The school opened in 2000, and they have been good since maybe 09. But nobody outside of Gwinnett respects their titles and success because they recruit the best players from all over metro Atlanta. The teams to beat in Gwinnett used to be Parkview and Brookwood, but once Grayson opened up they started to hook up parents and players from different school clusters and districts. They even have players move from other states just to play there.
I'm from east/northeast Alabama and I never heard any rumors about Colquitt snatching Bama players

Nah Grayson is a public school..but thats where all the money at in Atlanta..on their side of town.
They want to win so much that they'll get together and make things happen for folks to move into the district.
Who supposed to be good in Bama this season? I went to Bama State bout 10 years ago and Hoover and Prattville use to run yall state.

Some AA schools. Tift County when they wanna be. Thomas Country Central and Crisp every blue moon. Lowndes fukked up IMO when they left the same region as Valdosta and mostly started playing ATL & central GA area HS. They still play Ware/Colquitt/Tift but they have to search for some opponents like Lincoln outta Tallahassee. Wish they'd play Camden Country again. Nothing's really changed. It's just Hoover and the rest... None of those kids can stop George Pickens. But don't sleep on Thompson either. That's where Tua's little brother plays. The Birmingham metro area has a lot of talent just at QB alone

The school I coached at a couple years ago had to go down to Camden. We’re in Atlanta, but the head coach was from Camden and scheduled us against them as a favor to the coach down there. We left a day early to get blowed out by 30

Regarding your question about Alabama schools, at least in Montgomery, Park Crossing and Lanier done took over the City, really it was only Carver back in the late 2000s/early 2010s running shyt. JD has slightly improved because they were god awful when I first went there, but they got a Pitt recruit on the team this year. BTW ain’t too good. Team I mostly root for though is Greenville because I was living there until 10th Grade, I played ball there until I moved.

According to this ranking...Grayson is #5 and Mater Dei out of So Cal are the defending national champs....So Cal runs HS football...
