In Texas High School Football, only state title games are allowed to be televised live. The rest of the playoffs & regular season games that air on TV air after the game happens.

In Texas High School Football, only state title games are allowed to be televised live. The rest of the playoffs & regular season games that air on TV air after the game happens.

The rule normally applies to Friday only. There are weekly, live Thursday and often live Saturday games each week, but the Friday games usually come in at like 11pm. Rule was instituted to keep live attendance up. Obviously this year is different.
