she kept up with him UNTIL he was 6 or 7 (gave him up at birth). I read in another article she kept up with the Kaeps all throughout his life even though he was giving her the Heisman.
Eventually they'll meet though, but his loyalty is obviously and should be to the Kaeps.

Having to make yourself get out of the comfortable AC to kill yourself in a musty ass weight room
All that for years, only to have this chick never be there to tell him it's all gonna pay off and you're working hard for a reason

If shes a registered nurse she cant be that bad off...it ain't like this is a situation where the mom's giving birth in a crackhouse and she's giving the kid up for a better life. Sounds to me like it just wasn't convenient for her to have him at the time then realized she fukked up once he made it to the pros. He has no reason to see her ass nor should he.
