You guys do realize that it will always be this way until black people own the actual business.
At some point we are going to have to realize that being a (1) high paid employee, or (2) face of a business or (3) boasting an extremely minimal share (like your fav) is not going to move the needle when it comes to accepting or respecting black folks in general and as a whole.
This is a minor result of abandoning the Negro Leagues. There's absolutely no reason why black people dominate football & basketball but have no place in ownership, the front office or a decent portion of the coaching jobs. So what are y'all gonna do about it???
