breh, you are an idiot. it should be obvious to anyone, even if you work out that you cant do 50 pull-ups, especially the correct way.

there are probably world class gymnasts who cant even do that.

But rom= range of motion

Negative refers to the part of the movement/rep where you are returning to the starting position. So in the case of a pull up, its negative would be when you're coming back down.

Wide pull ups are my weakness. But if we talking in close :ohlawd: 20-30 off top. Full range.
