Be a damn shame if a kid out working grown men thats proud of being swole.I think he can probably hit 20-25, he does sets of 15 at wrestling practice.

One of the reasons I started lifting was that I found I had avascular necrosis in my hip from the sc so I figured if I'd make the rest of me stronger I could prolong getting it replaced.
There are levels to the process of shyt that happens b4 it's time to replace constant soreness> constant soreness +pain w getting up getting in N out of the car etc > all the previous plus worse pain and it effects movement......I'm at the last point went to get an x ray n Mri so I find out this week what needs to happen.
