It's very clunky at times, the tone is all over the place. The first five minutes had Diamond leave her parent's house, have a kid, get a place of her own, leave her kid's dad, work at the shoe store all before she starts stripping :mindblown:

But she got nekkid early on, so it was all good :steviej:

Ronnie though :noah:

There was a good movie in here but unfortunately, the structure and pacing of the film covers that up. Tyler's story moves so quick, it feels kind of unbelievable while also being cliche. I mean when he showed up to the party high & drunk, you just knew he was gonna fukk up tremendously :francis: On the other hand, his sister has a more grounded, slower pace story that would've landed better if not for the first half of the film and her barely being it (even if she was apart of the best scene in the 1st half). Then on top of that, we really have no reason to care about Luke's own family issues as he just seems tacked on to the story. Keeping the story internally (within the family) would've done much better for exploring the grief of Tyler's actions especially with the parents' stories being given nowhere near enough screen time.

I'll say this too, I had ptsd flashbacks to my high school days with this 1 tho :whew::damn:

Good stuff. Made me feel claustrophobic at times :picard:

Was curious to see a movie exploit the whole mystery around the deep sea, I don't really remember other movies using this setting. Basically feels like an outer-space movie. Could've been better here and there but overall they did a good job I would say. Good entertainment.

Awful movie no wonder it came and went. I think Lifetime puts more effort in their biopics. The lead was ok and tried his best but nothing was saving this rushed, surface level storytelling/writing
