Not quite the Bond I'm used to but I'd be lying if I said this wasn't a hell of a movie.
.....naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
They could've saved playing the Bond theme at the end because other than a few callbacks, this might as well have come from a different franchise. I'm not feeling a super serious Bond movie and Licence To Kill did the rouge 007 act far better.
British goverment literally working with terrorists over a patch of land with oil (that didn't even have oil in it)?
Bond more concerned with killing suspects than gathering information
M being called "mom" now? (And I think they called her that in Casino Royale but it's far more prevalent here)
I'm good on this
This might even be better than Casino Royale. That said, the Bond girl got done so dirty
But yo,
Black Moneypenny
Moneypenny actually being a decent field operative
Javier Bardem as Anton "Sugar"
The meta-commentary on whether society has moved past secret agents/007
Bringing back the classic Aston Martin one last time
M
This was a great one.
Not bad, not bad at all. Not touching CR or Skyfall but this is the closest to classic Bond for this era
You ever seen this shyt?
Ehhhhhhhhh.....nah breh. Considerably worse than the first 2. Best character in the film is a damn zombie.
Can't say I've had the pleasureYou ever seen this shyt?
That eyeball scene. Can't say I've had the pleasure
Edit-
Zombi 2 is a 1979 Italian zombie film directed by Lucio Fulci. It was adapted from an original screenplay by Dardano Sacchetti to serve as a sequel to George A. Romero's Dawn of the Dead (1978), which was released in Italy with the title Zombi. It stars Tisa Farrow, Ian McCulloch, and Richard Johnson, and features a score by frequent Fulci collaborator Fabio Frizzi. Frizzi's score has been released independently of the film, and he has performed it live on tour.
