It's very entertaining, and as an Aaron Sorkin stan, I was always going to like it.
That said, it plays fast and loose with the facts and treats the scouts and Art Howe like shythead morons when that isn't close to the truth. It also seems to go out of it's way to avoid mentioning all of that team's ACTUAL best players like Miguel Tejada, Barry Zito and Tim Hudson. Being such a baseball head, I do have a hard time separating that from the movie itself, despite my belief that even "based on a true story" film don't need to adhere strictly to the truth.
