I do try to work out a little bit here and there, to alleviate my cramps. When women work out 'a lot' it can completely take away cramps and other pms symptoms (except maybe bytchiness)
Just find a workout regimen that fits women and what your goals are and go for it. :win:

You and I have very similar shapes. We are slim but we can still be sexy.

Your metabolism slows when you get older. Idk, how old you are but my mom didn't gain any weight til she was like 26 after her third child.

In the meantime, if you want to gain weight you have to eat a lot.
