hes at probably 8-10%

of course you look nothing like that person.. not even in same stratosphere body fat %

not only that, you say you do 20 minutes of working out. He has cleats in one of the pictures. He probably runs for more than that every day, let alone working out.

Drink enough water everyday

Nutrition is 80% of training

Lift heavy, hit your muscle groups twice a week at least.

focus on the "pump" and form. For example when you do a pull up at the top of your rep, stop and swueeze your back muscles and go back down. Another example bicep curls at the top of your rep, squeeze your bicep during the pause and go back down to your starting point.

Focus on catching that pump or your workout is useless. After a few years if you do this the natty way you'll be straight.

Don't forget abs and calves and please workout legs twice a week. The more you develop your legs the better off your whole body growth will be. Good luck, we're all gonna make it
