i don't really care about #s but i've def got some recomp to work on
i think actual progress pics and a tape measure are your best friends, they don't lie (werd to @MMSex ). if you can see improvement month over month you're heading in the right direction. a big meal can throw the scale off, the difference between a morning/evening weigh in can be sometimes 5+ lbs for me, etc etc etc. so if you're prone to # obsession it's a bad idea to do it too frequently.I told my self I'm not stepping on a scale more than once a month and saving myself the constant mind fucc
I've done it so much I know my weight increases Sunday through Wednesday and tapers Thursday through Saturday.
