Technically you're correct. However, legality is irrelevant because we're black. I'm fairly certain that the FBI or some law enforcement entity is actively spying on black websites, forums, blogs, etc. During the civil rights movement the FBI had various programs to infiltrate black organizations (i.e.: NAACP, Black Panthers, Nation of Islam, etc.), to spy on prominent black figures (i.e.: Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, etc.) among other things. Our very existence is dangerous to the white supremacist power structure. For decades they have spearheaded a multilayered, multifaceted campaign to eradicate and/or 'control' us. It is dangerously naive to think they'll just leave us alone because our content 'is legal'.

If it is then it's a stupid rule. The current climate we're living in necessitates the use of privacy-enhancing measures. What you google can be used against you in a court of law. What you post online can be used against you in a court of law. It's imperative that you maintain an adequate level of anonymity to protect yourself.

The most important reason is this isn't that sort of site. What is going on here that posters would need to post under proxies and vpn ? Absolutely nothing.
