Not if you know what you're doing and can have a great draft

It's true we've seen people tank, bottom out and have basically have 10 picks in the top 50 and still have a horrible team

Tanking in itself isn't necessarily a poor strategy, although it hardly guarantees you a good finish next season.

But I think he had a plenty decent team, so deciding to do so before the season starts is crazy
