Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said Matt Kemp (ankle) is nearing a return to game action.
Mattingly has previously hesitated to put a timetable on Kemp's rehab, so consider this a good sign. Kemp has slowly been working his way back from October ankle surgery. You should probably count him out for the club's games in Australia, but an inclusion in the lineup for the Sunday night opener on American soil is still in play. Mar 8 - 7:04 PM

Edited to add some thoughts, couldn't elaborate much yesterday since I went from this draft right into my auction...
Overall, I like my club. Didn't have any real moments of regret although I DID NOT expect to take a closer as early as I did with Holland. Rotation turned out pretty well considering I missed most of the guys I wanted as my #2. Lots of Ks. And I was able to lock up saves from 3 teams, so I'm happy with the 'pen. Here's hoping that Joey Bats and Zimm and the boys can give me the power boost I was looking for since I came into the draft with a lot of speed.
