Why?
Because it affects drafts/trades that have already happened.

Meant about doing 2 na spots next year
2 na spots !
League is too shook of what my scouting department would do with a 2nd NA spot
I'm the one who has found players like trout, abreu, springer, correa...
I have the best pitching staff in the league and they are all waiver players
I'm so good at this
U act like trout, springer and correa weren't big time prospects
U didn't find shyt
If so many people knew about correa why was he not taken til the 26th round?
I was the one that saw the potential and knew their upside, their value and when to strike In the draft
Basically I'm a fantasy gawd
Look at ur draft from last year u really saw all the upside value and when to strike
Then u traded me all ur picks and u still almost finished last
Your deflection of every post isKiss the rings bytch
I'm the only triple crown winner on sohh or the coli
Im just saying it is a Keeper league.
a 2nd NA spot would make sense.
I think it's cool. It's almost like having a minor league system.Nah, we talk about this every year... but this isn't a dynasty league. '
Truthfully, I'd ditch N/A spots completely, if you want to hold onto a minor league prospect, you should have to carry him on your roster. Pay the price for investing in players that aren't contributing yet.
Because what the NA spot REALLY does, is take from the pool of talent available on the wires, and working the wires, making those decisions of when to pick somebody up, how long to carry him... that should be more a part of the game than it is now.
As it stands, almost everyone is holding a blue chip prospect, hoping to cash in... for me, that takes some of the challenge out of it.

And na spot or not..a guy like Rusney Castillo is gonna be on someone's team before the draft is over.
I hear u.But this isn't a dynasty league. I don't think we SHOULD have a minor league system. I think you should have to balance prospects versus immediate contributions... not leave two players on ice (and not even hold a roster spot) while you wait for them to get called up, or see another prospect you'd rather swap out for.
A guy like Castillo SHOULD be on a roster, and as a result of you deciding to hold a player that isn't in the league at the moment... you should be shortening your bench. And maybe you have to drop him because of injuries or trades or underperforming players at his position...
I think you should have to make those choices... rather than just being able to hold them for as long as you'd want... a whole season if you want.
That's a different league, and for one competitive as THIS, I'm always surprised by the amount of people that would like free passes for their roster decisions.
