This is the first time I haven't been in contention. It's somewhat interesting trying to "win" a different way...but it SUCKS. Really sapped my interest from day to day, unfortunately

something about hitting the wire every day trying to find that diamond in the rough was fun
too bad I made 2 big mistakes when drafting, taking pullhoes over a gonz or votto and drafting julio
@KevJ tried to clown me when taking j up but he is looking like the only other potential 30/20 guy besides trout

We've watched you sell out for prospects so many times. The thing you don't realize is... it'll be smart picks of consistent veterans in the draft that will win it for you with the top picks... not prospects that may not contribute consistently in two years.
Last year it was Yelich and Ozuna that were going to power your future.

I was never a huge fan of ozuna but he was best player available
I did like yelich a lot tho
And yes next year is an all in year obviously so my approach will be different
