Looks great when you know the details.
IMO, this a "private" moment, if such a thing exists for two corporate entities.
Whether or not this damages the reputation of the C suite, this is certainly not something for the 'Gram.
I'm reminded of Dr. Dre not being able to shut up about the Beats by Dre deal. His loose lips could have sank that ship. Who knows if anyone made trades after hearing it from him?
I probably been in corporate too long, but these folks can get real funny about things that don't fit the script.
