Looks and personality.
Base attraction is necessary. However physical attraction only goes so far. Every chick has dated a fine guy that eventually got old b/c of personality.

But can I ask guys a question. This was something I was talking about in another thread with another poster.

For guys it seems like you automatically know and accept that looks are important.
However, why do some dudes hate the idea that a woman needs to be physically attracted to a guy as well.
It's like a seething resentment that a woman might care about how the person she wants to spend her life with looks.

I've got a theory b/c usually it's something women do with men on some "he should appreciate who I am inside" type craziness, but I've encountered this reasoning in men as well.

I mean it's not a bad thing to want to be attracted to the man in ur life. But this dude isn't the only guy I've encountered who feels like this.
