Just drove a 15 335i. More fun to drive over the 5 series, but gotta be honest the F10 5 series is Had every option I wanted except for Paddle Shifters. Always assumed Paddle Shifters would be standard equipment on a M-Sport, guess not

Anyone know about these F30 335i M-Sports? The ones with the Paddle Shifters shift little faster then the ones without? I drove one with Paddle Shifters and noticed a burp from the exhaust on the upshift every time the car shifted, almost felt like a DCT but not quiet of course but was very impressed. Don't know if it's in my head or if it's true. Both of them were 2015 models, one with Paddle Shifters, one without

I believe it a zf 8 speed transmission, which shift just as fast as a dct. Paddle shifters are just an option for those cars. With or without it they all shift the same.
