I've been drinking beer for like 5 years strait and I have no idea how to kick it .
Any advice or tips
If you care to elaborate on your process that would be dope
you really just have to want it breh.
i've had WAY too much damage caused in my life because of it. i'm 32 and went hard for a good 8 years. many of those years were every day after work an 18 pack would die. weekends, of course. sunday football mornings start by getting a 30 pack. football all day, the beer never stopped gettin guzzled.
when you notice your body needs it to function, it's time to put on the brakes pronto.
you get the shakes, appetite is all fukked up, can't sleep unless you get a few in you. take some action because it will only get worse.
i just went through a horrible break up so i'd been going extra hard. i had to dj my sisters wedding 2 sundays ago and i was just trying to maintain to get through that.
next day i went turkey. now i've detoxed more times than i can even think so i knew what to expect. but breh-if you're gonna do it, give yourself a good 4-5 days before you have anything important to do. depending on your body's addiction to it you may have some serious withdrawals that may be better off going to a detox facility or a day or two in the hospital.
it's rather common and very dangerous.
i've seen things that weren't there, heard things in my head, night terrors. i'm telling you, the dt's are no joke and your worst nightmare in real life. it's scary shyt.
i'm lucky to come out of it w/a job 2 days out of the hospital working 12-14 hr shifts. the energy i'm expending is gettin my body back in shape, eating salads every day, eating healthy in general will help.
think healthy, live healthy, have a positive outlook for when you get through the shyt. it is not an easy road to travel but it's well worth is my friend.
