Weeks makes more sense because Double R is scheduled to leave DOJ in mid March. He's going to see his way out once the report drops (whether it's an interim or full) and I wonder whether he's going to go on a media tour like everyone else Brennan, McCabe, Comey, etc...Why does the media keep falling for the same shyt?

I can't see Rosenstein doing the media tour, but he has been one of the more curious and bizarrely admirable figures to emerge from this ordeal. It is people like him, and the other ones we know, whom are needed at the Justice Department, Republicans, white, privileged, whatever. They are people who DO stand for the higher ideals of the country, and just society for that matter.
When Rod is out the media will be HUNTING him down. Don't know if he decides to get his Comey and McCabe on like you said. Those guys all were promoting books. It would be awesome for him to go full John Brennan and go hard at his neck but who knows.
