They took his name off a lot of those buildings in NYC.... just shows he owned none of them... The owners are literally losing money being tied to that clown... Trump's name is straight shyt on these NY streets. He can't ever return here again.

we had a trump tower up here in toronto. shyt got changed quick fast. they took that whole shyt over a couple months into 2017. :russ:

I thought this was interesting

Sounds good on paper. The problem is Trump can defy the courts, even the Supreme Court and get away with it. If the Supreme Court says he must turn over everything, he won't and he will force Barr to give a BS reason why he can defy the Supreme Court. Republicans in the Senate won't do anything about it. Now do I acknowledge his defiance of the courts may hurt him with moderates in the 2020 election.

Very plausible theory and it's laid out but my question is, what evidence has House leadership been able to put their hands on that Mueller couldn't during his probe? Or are they using Mueller evidence? I didn't get a chance to read the other linked thread yet about what their process is of getting bank records but there is a lot of "certainty" in them being able to pull those together all the way to having a team in place to review them.

From what I read of this so far, it's completely taking Dotard out of the picture as far as having to produce anything and leaning on his financial institutions directly.

Yeah, I'm just so cynical at this point that I believe Trump won and our institutions of government has been broken. I've even thought of ways where Trump can tell the banks/financial institutions not to turn things over, executives in those companies start going to jail for not obeying the Supreme Court, and Trump pardons them all and gets away with it.
