Stone's under a gag order, prosecutors are going to ask for a remand into custody, and no bail, as he is a threat to the public, I would think. Remember Martin Skrelli? He posted very similar content threatening Hillary Clinton, and was immediately taken back into custody, for the duration of his trial and sentencing.
