I don't know about studying Russian, but as a general rule they feel the same way about black folks that they did 200 years ago and their politics will reflect that.

That said you probably shouldn't pay too much attention to TLR. Most of them are clowns and/or agents.

The investigation wasn’t a jerk-off. There were several red flags that permitted an investigation to see what all occurred during the 2016 election with Russia, Wikileaks, and DJT.

So I guess a final review of the report can tell us what it all meant.
