its hard to say, i remember in 1994 being in a chat with paul tagliabue (sp) and my question got through when i asked "why is the nfc so dominant>?"

however when kennedy from mtv was in a chat in 1995 my "may i please put my dikk in your ass?" question got me a tos.

i wouldnt doubt that it was vince those aol chats were always legit.
