Deion is far from the first coach to be “harsh” when cutting kids or telling them to transfer.Cutting kids isn't the problem. How he's going about it is along with his team.
Just because other coaches handle a certain way doesn't mean that he has to follow suit especially with how high some of them viewed him.
Just because others do it doesn’t make it right as I’ve said before.Deion is far from the first coach to be “harsh” when cutting kids or telling them to transfer.
Scholarships have never been guaranteed for 4 years; they are basically 1 year contracts. Before Deion ever thought about coaching D1 coaches have been taking kids scholarships away and literally putting them on the street with no place to go. And they weren’t nice about it
I’m not making excuses for Prime and how he runs his ship, but he is FAR from the only coach who runs kids out of town.
doesnt make it wrong eitherJust because others do it doesn’t make it right as I’ve said before.
It does because the coach is supposed to be the leader and a professional compared to the playersdoesnt make it wrong either
so he was leading and was upfront about the situation with them. how is that unprofessional? It does because the coach is supposed to be the leader and a professional compared to the players
Did you actually read the article about how he and the coaches treated players? Obviously you didn’t or you wouldn’t be defending them.so he was leading and was upfront about the situation with them. how is that unprofessional?
self etherDid you actually read the article about how he and the coaches treated players? Obviously you didn’t or you wouldn’t be defending them.
And where has that gotten them?

Colorado is an engagement machine for news outlets. One of the most watched teams all of last year. More watched than the team the OP is a stan for yet never talks about in factWhy they talkin bout this old shyt? I thought this was about the new people transferring out
Actually, 4-8 is what they’ve been since McCartney retired. They have a few outlier seasons and a couple of 1 win seasons in the last decade but last yrs record is what that program has been more times than not. People keep leaning on that “they won 1 game prior” but that almost same group of core players won 4 games in 20 and 21. Karl Dorrell was literally someone CU admin hired because he lived in the Boulder area. So what has Prime actually done beside restored them to their usual level? They were a trashbag program before Prime got there.

Now I don't like the cameras everywhere aspect from Prime. From the outside, it looks like a reality show. Hell, NFL teams and players don't like HardKnocks. I do think Prime should scale the reality tv down.
