i really don't have a problem with the cutting, it's the replacing part that i think is failing. talent acquisition ain't good enough for what people are expecting. in this transfer portal era saying "oh it's year 1" "it's year 2" won't cut it because a new batch will be coming for year 3. you gotta get top top talent in and then start again when the season's over.
