We all understand football is a business and part of that includes adding new talent and removing guys who aren't good. Every kid who has been told they aren't good enough to stay with the new coach's regime has taken it personally. You'd take being fired personally too. But there's a difference between that and belittling players, Treating them like shyt. Trolling them online or in group chats. That shyt is NOT wavy and you don't see legit football programs operating like this. Michigan State hired a new coach a few months ago....didn't see any of this, despite him getting rid of guys. You RARELY see this...and in the case of a head coach laughing online about guys getting pushed out a program? You never saw that until Deion today.

These "kids" are getting paid now to do a job. Paid big bucks. They are also transferring teams to get bigger bags and playing time with no loyalty to any program. If you want mentoring, compassion etc.. then they will need to go back to being unpaid amateur athletes. This is business now. big business and aint no room for feelings in business.
