Nah and the DA wouldn't have let The Feds take over if they knew they could punish him harder...

If The Feds aren't specifically investigating you, they end up on a case because they are asked to look at it. I've told this story in years past, but I was under federal investigation in 2014 because CMPD (Charlotte police) asked them to check me out...

They never took my case because they aren't taking a case they can't win. But I was in inquiry for like 4-5 months...

This shyt with Crip Mac is highly common, dudes under state watch and end up being federally indicted. This agreement with the DA and Feds for him was in place for weeks, maybe months...
