So I doubt either of them can really fight much at all, but CM Punk while training with Duke Roufus and with the Gracies, he HAD to learn SOME sort of defense, striking or submissions, right?!?!?

He's probably still a white belt and has no solid base to rely on but even if he was a blue belt, I'd favor him over the Miz. Like... to train as long as is said and to not have at least a "go-to" move or sub... He's gotta have SOMETHING he can use in a fight, right???
