Legitimately one of the best promos in the last twenty years or so.
Everything he said was true at the time or it ended up becoming true. Insanely quotable and you could apply a lot of what he said to situations that popped up later (fans stalking wrestlers, Vince leaving and Triple H taking control, knowing the wheels will keep turning after he's gone). That promo might have also been what singlehandedly brought back Paul Heyman.
Then it led to a classic main event with Cena, which might have eventually led to Money in the Bank becoming a Big Five PPV. No other PPV got that treatment beforehand, and you could easily trace it back to this event.
Everything that happened after MITB has been well-documented, but this promo should be studied by kids in school. It's one of the few promos in the last twenty years with this much importance. Over on Reddit, the pop community would refer to something like this as a cultural reset because it was.
