The thing is no one in the biz is gonna take Tony Kahn seriously.. he’s a mark playing with daddy’s money. What’s the top complaint workers had in wcw and tna.. “nobody knew who was in charge”.. who’s in charge in aew? Some will say Kahn, some will say Cody, some will say the bucks. Some will say TNT. Nobody wants to go work for some marks. People want Rusev to go to aew but he just said on Twitter he’s happy in WWE. But TSC is telling me he’s miserable lol. Nobody in the biz is drinking the aew koolaid, just neck beards.
From most accounts, the WWE locker room has never been better. It really is a family atmosphere. Any drama is nipped in the bud immediately.

AEW allows "creative freedom" whatever that means, and in some cases more money. But Khan said it himself he's not gonna just cut checks for everyone WWE gets rid of.

Eh, get your money Phil. :yeshrug: Would've liked to see him in AEW or at the very least in New Japan, but The WWE return was pretty much a foregone conclusion if the money was right. Can't falt the man for taking a check when offered.

Cody, Kenny and The Bucks have already said in interviews that they work for Tony Khan, who has final say on booking decisions. Obviously Tony, has to show his pops the books but let’s not act like Tony is Dixie 2.0.

Dude runs his own football analytics company, is the general manager of a soccer club and has been planning a wrestling promotion for like 2 years prior to Dynamite starting.

And in the wrestling world who is Tony Kahn? A money mark and nothing else.

He doesn’t command the respect a Vince McMahon does.

I feel like I've lost some brain cells in this thread.

People saying "but he's paid by faux". He showed up on WWE tv after years of being all butt hurt and crying about everything. He came back but keep telling yourselves different if it makes you sleep better.

Then this thread got infested with "money mark, OMG". Tony Khan enjoys his life and is still a fan. You can do both at the same time. Don't be fooled dummies. He's a fan but they're also business men with more money then Vince. If you've ever heard them talk they know what they're doing and are exceeding the goals they set for themselves.

So many stupid posters in this section. I guess they think the T in TSC stands for Troll.

Awkward as hell doing this in front of no crowd but kind of pretending like there was one

why the hell would they not do a surprise CM punk return at a live show???

the pop... the energy... the buzz it would have generated....

there's at least half a dozen big moments the WWE spoiled the last few years by taking a sterile, anti-climatic approach

i dont get it
