CM Punk is a Fandango fan. He also wishes he had more money.

This is a great quote:

"If there's one person in this room who wouldn't like to get paid a couple extra million dollars for your hard work, I would like to see you right now and punch you in the face. That's ridiculous."

That was more of a shot at WWE creative, not Brodus. Maybe he thinks Clay deserves something better (which he does, obviously). He was sticking up for a newer dude. Being the Voice of the Voiceless, if you will.

Also, that was on TV. He was in character. It's called "Being a Heel".

Look, everybody knows you hate Punk. You're entitled to that. But if you ignore the multiple instances where he's spoken up for dudes (Bryan, Tyson Kidd, Ryder, Fandango, etc.), both on TV and mainstream interviews, and focus on one or two situations where you happen to think he's being selfish, you're cherrypicking.

Not to mention the fact that Punk was hyping up both Ambrose and Rollins way before they even debuted on TV as the Shield. He recently put them over again and said all three of them are future world champions. He constantly name drops Chris Hero, and other FCW roster members he like. Considering the fact that a lot of people can hold his words to a certain regard if those names flopped, dude seems pretty genuine in his support of them.

Hell yeah the Rock buried Billy Gunn. He was never taken serious after that. The Rock owned Cripple H at Fully Loaded and once again proved that Cripple H wasn't in his league. But then he did that on the first regular episode of Smackdown a couple of months later, didn't he? He buried Chyna too outright in 1998 before Summerslam like it was nothing.

The Rock made a mockery out of Taker's gimmick in 1999 and had the entire crowd laughing at it like it wasn't serious before King of the Ring 99. The 33 pound head thing was funny but him rolling his eyes and playing it off like that shyt was Zombie land nonsense was where the fans reacted the most to.
