It's always the dudes that were role players and shyt that got the best stories
Be a personable guy that's good for the locker room, no problem riding the bench, ready when needed, willing to teach the young guys, you're gonna be cool with the older/younger/your generation and just be around a bunch of shyt.

@Piff Tannen @I AM WARHOL

They don’t make em like this anymore

I dead ass used to have the basketball shorts and t-shirt under everything I wore just so I'd be ready. Funny shyt is that one day I forgot my shoes. So I was straight off a job interview and my boys wanted to go play. I had the shorts and shirt to play in but no shoes so just played in my dress shoes. First time I drove to the basket and landed in them dress shows felt like my ankle exploded. And it was an outdoor court.

Truly was the last of a dying breed :to: .

Lmao I didn’t even hoop like that growing up and I still had the hoop shorts under the denim. Ain’t gotta get ready if you stay ready :banderas:

It’s crazy because real Hoopers keep two basketballs in their car one for indoor one for outdoor and you keep your gym bag just to bust some ass in case you have to

I’m the same way dawg. Had to retire after hooping with my coworker and seeing him tear his ACL. But I still keep the basketball and Jordan’s in the trunk.

Man that definitely fukks you up. In our co-ed rec league I seen shorty's entire knee collapse right next team. Seen that joint fold completely inward and then thinking about that scream she let out. She tore all the ligaments in her knee. We had to carry her out the car just so her husband could take her to the emergency room. That already had me shook then sprained my own MCL.
