I think im missing the whole kelly is gonna get a mistrial part here? he gets no privacy in jail so anything he sent out mail or phone call wise unless it was with a lawyer they knew about. and that's the info she received, Its stored so the state and his defense can access it.. the person accessed it illegally that who is on the hook. this has nothing to do with his case nor would she get in trouble for receiving it unless she tasked that person to do it. So if that's what she did she gonna get cooked

Then you have to ask do we really want 15 year old liars being charged with crimes. A justice system without nuance is nonsense. If judges are so stupid that they need to see things in black and white to make their jobs simpler,they shouldn't be in that proffession.

What I'm hearing from people is that witnesses who were initially on R Kelly's side heard the illegally obtained information that Tasha K released and it led them to turning on Kelly.

If the defense team figures this out, they can very well fight for a mistrial.

The entire point of being a YouTuber or Social Media influencer is based off of popularity and “clout”. You don’t make money if no one cares to watch your videos and with no “clout”. If the defense team figures this out, they can very well fight for a mistrial.

all his jail correspondences were gonna be used by the state and or feds if it was gonna help the case. Nothing he wrote in an email, said on the phone or wrote in a letter didn't get intercepted on the way out by the prison. Unless he was talking to his lawyers. so if those women flipped on him because of a youtube video (if this is even the case or not) the state putting the screws to them would have done the same thing. I met a Federal C.O. who admitted that Kellz was in his jail in the DR and that's all he said.

The female CO could've conveyed this information without recording the shyt and emailing it to gmail???? I mean if the government wants to know something they'd find out but damn she just sent the shyt in a file to Gmail and probably mailed it stright to Tasha K.

You'd think that Tasha would have proton mail at the very least.
