Bugs have an exoskeleton -- a skeleton on the outside of their bodies, which encloses their soft organs. If they were giant (or even significantly bigger) their bodies would be crushed under the weight of their own bones.

what is EO wilson supposed to do over there? this is what he does. I'm sure if Mozambique was mad about this idea they would have not issued visas. Also the park is a revenue generating mechanism for the country
