I know Harden playoff meltdowns very well. He lost decisive game to Kawhi-less Spurs, blew 3-2 lead against Warriors, etc. But the point is they chose even a worse player.
I know, I know, bruh there is entire saga of his meltdowns.
My point is that Sixers are so trash they had to choose tanking while Harden showed enough quality to lead his team to 5th place in west.
Getting bounced in 1st/2nd round is better than being the most talented, the most expensive tanking team ever.
