Dude is such an underrated passer. Hes just wells suited for our style of play. 0-6 FG 0-2 FT looks bad looking at the stat box but you watch the game and you see him having a positive impactnon the game for houston. If josh wasnt in the game, we would be getting crushed by milwaukee's size but instead we have 8 blocks and winning on the boards.

Schmoove is classic eye test vs stat geek. You will look at his stats(and i felt and saw it all last season by opposition and their fanbase) and think yes play him, start him and think you have a good chances against his presence on the floor. Clipper fans thought they were laughing to the bank when smith got inserted into the starting lineup after game 4.

Smith is a unique talent that many basketball minds dont know how to use. They think its as easy as plug and play.
He fits you guys but doesn't fit most teams In the NBA

He fits any team that can use him right. Doc tried to use him as a "stretch 5" to go small and detroit wanted to play him at the 3. Common sense shouldve told dumars that a front court of Monroe, drummonds, and smith wasnt go to work, but ppl made smith the scapegoat of that failed experiment.

said they parted on good terms.

theyre gonna mess around and face the rockets in the playoffs in the 1st round, and probably get knocked out again, cuz josh smith is the differene between last year's team and this one.

Also 5 reb, 6 ast, 2 stls, and 3 blks. He played excellent defense in the paint and moved the ball on offense with some nice passes. Plus he brought camaraderie to the team. His ph balance is the chemical that makes this teams chemistry click it seems. :jbhmm:
Yup. Providing the exact things we have been lacking all season: toughness, interior defense and rebounds, interior offense and improved perimeter defense. All the things we have sorely lacked this season.

Josh smith provides the intangibles. Plus he is tall, decent shooter, and physically gifted. Josh smith on a disciplined team like the Spurs could be an all star.

Lies. Josh Smith and Harden double handedly shot the Rockets out of the play-offs against Golden State. Both of them were bricking shots left and right. Harden just choked, but Smith was shooting like shyt all throughout the 2014-2015 season.

He played like shyt in the very last game against Golden State in the play-offs, and the game before that they had to sub in Corey Brewer, because Harden was terrible on both offense and defense. Stats sheets don't tell the whole story. How could you forget about that time when Harden damned near single handedly lost that one game against the Warriors, because he caught such a cold streek, they had to bench Harden, and sub in Brewer.

I still remember the thread where people were disrespecting the Hawks and calling the dumb for getting rid of Osh Smith

I tried to tell everybody it was a good move:russ::russ::russ:

I believed in Josh Smith... :mjcry:
