Every once in a while you catch some gems in there.

There are a lot of subtle jokes that people sometimes miss. I think its an alright show. Its not touching the Simpsons or American Dad and its far better than Family guy at this point. Family guy is straight garbage status son.

I guess the thinking was that making a show about Quagmire would have been too easy, so they decided to give the show to a character who didn't have as much personality and give him one, I guess.
