In that video you clearly see the cops didn't have enough time to warn Tamir 3 times they started busin literally the second they got there and secondly Tamir didn't have the weapon in his hand when the cops came. I think the cops pulled up and who ever was sitting shotgun already had his gun aimed at Tamir and was bout to fire. You don't pull up that close to someone you think has a gun without already making up your mind that your shooting first and asking questions later. I don't even blame breh for going into his pocket and tryna protect himself they was going to shoot him regardless.
