I went to read some comments knowing what I would find. Its a bunch of people praising the cop and giving him validation for his actions. They're stereotyping the child like he was the full grown gangbanger of their nightmares that was conveniently nipped in the bud. I don't feel it would be proper for me to write the horrible things I wish upon these people as they wish upon the most defenseless of my group. That would only align with the satan they pray to.

In general no, kids do not murder. There are the exceptions as with everything else.

You also must take into account the area. Are kids known for being in gangs and shooting people in Cleveland?

Officer friendly was careless and had his gun taken by a fourth grader here. Should he have flipped the same way he would as if the kid was an adult?

You guys falling for that bullchit! I played with bb guns through out my childhood. Probably why I was a natural shot while in the Army. This is not Afghan where there is a higher probability a child may be sent at you with a bomb strapped to them.
