In reference to baseball, it's absolutely not easier. Doesn't mean his approach won't be successful in football though
You don't even know what/how he will approach the NFL.

I agree it would be nice if someone turned player evaluation into more of a science in football(just look at my avi). But this article doesn't have any solutions to the problem. Also, is he the only guy trying to do this in the nfl? To me with all the success in other sports with analytics and "moneyball" you think most gm's haven't been looking for a better way?
