Has nothing to do with flats vs heels. There are tons of women that wear heels regularly and have pretty feet. I think her shyt is hereditary or she wears too small shoes or something.

A lot of expensive heels twist up your feet into unnatural positions most average women who wear heels usually carry a pair of regular shoes to change in and out of, but women of a certain status live their lives in those type of shoes end up with feet like that.
