There was a j love mix tape that had this phife dawg freestyle on it. I used to love the beat to is but i had no idea what it was. Had it on some old pause record mixtape but i lost it. Same mixtape had qtip and busta rhymes doin a song called wild hot. I'll take this nas though thank you.

I used to have quite a few j love tapes i leeched from my boxden days - unsure if i have them still. today we lament the loss of megaupload. now lets have a moment of contemplation. . . . @RapmulletShop sells and shares lots of classics - check out his site.

There was this Doo Wop tape that dropped around 2001 i think it was called Mixtapes for Dummies. Anway there was this rare Jigga diss by Mobb Deep and i need that brehs. I tried to find it for the past 6-7 years, no luck.
I think the song was called Eat whats on your plate or thats kinda how the hook went
