I'm born and raised in North Philly. I've done long stretches in county...never made it to state prison (in PA you don't go upstate unless your sentence is over 5 years). And the situation youre describing....believe me or not....people are getting shot...I've carried pistols since I was 11, I've used one before...and I generally don't give a fukk about people so I have no problem unloading a clip into a group of people who are looking for fukkery at my expense
