Not honest because not objective. He clearly tries to big up his ma as much as he can.
That's why people who are too emotionally close to a controversial subject are given a pretty level of credibility when it comes to historical investigation.

I tend to avoid or to be heavily critical of what a stan says about his idol. I will of course apply the to you.
