Really amazing from an american team sports standpoint. Dude is up there with jim brown, peyton manning, kareem and wilt. Kats who were hyped since kids as guaranteed greatest of all time type of players and guaranteed champions.

That is incredibly hard to do...live up to the hype since they were teenagers. That IMO is more impressive then coming into the league with no hype and winning. Cause the amount of pressure they faced is no where near most HOF.

Dude did it as a young black man without his father involved too. Only real scandal being a bad publicity moment with "The Decision." One of the most impressive sports stories ever IMO - only one coming close thinking about it is Ali's.
