Lakers aren't dominating because they're big... their primary big is just dominant. If every 7 foot oaf that got drafted to the NBA could run, dribble, pass, shoot, move laterally, and block shots like AD can the league would be Land of the Giants status. AD is definitely showing the league that if you want to compete with him in the playoffs going forward you will need multiple skilled big bodies to put on him tho. But lottery teams and chokers like the Hawks and Rockets will continue chuck with a bunch of shooters till time immemorial; as long as their lytics obsessed FOs and fans are entertained and taking up seats to watch the high pace entertaining basketball it isn't going anywhere anytime soon sadly.
